Poster Prints

We can transform your images into posters from a variety of sources. Hard copies (photographic prints) and digital camera images are by far the most popular. We are able to scan your photographic prints at extremely high resolutions ranging from 300DPI to 1200DPI however digital images are ideal to upload as they are large files that are compressed by the camera, yet still retain a good enough quality to print from.

Before placing your order, it is important to remember that if your image looks pixelated when printed full size on a piece of A4 paper, it will look just as pixelated when enlarged for your printed poster. For those of you who are able to check the resolution of the image with Adobe Photoshop, we normally recommend sending the image at final size with a minimum resolution of 72DPI. If you do not have access to this kind of software, please forward an email along with the image and size required and we will let you know if there are any issues.

You can e-mail your image straight from your PC or from your camera storage card. We accept any file type in any format, although the most common format is JPEG, TIFF and EPS.

Prices

All our prices include postage and packing within the UK. There is no VAT to pay on any of our products.

Colours

Colour replication on the banner creator are only a guide to the pantone colours on the finished banners. No colour can ever be exactly matched due to the limitations of the CMYK printing process and the differences in different RGB monitors. With canvas and poster printing we shall endeavour to match colours to your supplied image but stress that we cannot guarantee an exact match as settings from monitor to monitor can vary greatly.

Our inks are colourfast, water-resistant and UV resistant however in order to keep your canvas and poster print looking great we recommend placing  them out of direct sunlight as this can cause them to fade prematurely. 

Payment

Payment is made online using Paypal Pro.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery is on a next day service by our selected courier. We do not normally deliver on Saturdays however this can be arranged for an additional fee. This service is currently available to UK mainland customers only. If you are visiting us from outside of the UK and wish to place an order please contact us to receive a personalised quote.

Returns and Refunds

We do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from Artistic Impressions. If your purchase arrives damaged we will try our best to ensure a replacement arrives in time. If the damage has caused the event to be missed and the print now deemed unusable, a refund will be given.

Cancellations

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately. If your banner, canvas or poster has already been printed and despatched we will not be able to offer a refund however as long as we haven’t started the print process, we will happily refund your payment.

Artistic Impressions respect our customers’ privacy. We are open about the information we gather and how we intend to use such information.

The information we collect when you place orders with us is used for managing your account, despatching your goods, checking credit worthiness and marketing our goods and services to you. We endeavour to make all our promotions relevant to you and will use information provided by you to market our products and services as such. This may be done by mail, phone and e-mail.
